I’m Stephanie! Founder of Finding Our Way, Mindfully. I've been practicing mindfulness meditation since 2010 and am now a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher through Brown University.
I have traveled around the country attending multiple silent retreats and mindfulness trainings learning
from well respected meditation teachers.
Personally, spending days in silence has helped me gain the clarity with how I want to spend my time on earth.
I've learned to follow my passion, be my authentic self and treat everyone with kindness...including myself.
